What we do

Stepz Fitness Lismore first opened in August 2020.
Stepz Lismore has everything you need to become a healthier version of yourself in a welcoming, affordable & non intimidating environment.
Stepz makes prioritising your health easy by offering the best equipment, service and a comfortable environment to create a gym you actually enjoy going to.
We offer 16 group training classes per week, personal training & we also have an exercise physiologist here 3 days per week.
Stepz is a 24/7 gym, so you can train whenever it suits you, which is a bonus!
