The Lismore Lantern Parade invites Lismore businesses to decorate their windows with lanterns, lights, projections and props following the 2023 Lantern Parade theme – Gates of Renewal, or you can go Italian .. LisAmore!
Key points:
- You’ll need to register (see link at end) so the judges know to visit your business.
- Have your window display looking amazing on Tuesday 20 June at around 6pm when the judges will be doing a walk around to see your beautiful creations.
- Winners (and any runners up) will be announced on Facebook on Friday 23 June 2023 at 6pm.
- Windows to be displayed from 20 June to 4 July.

The best windows will be determined by Lantern Parade judges on Tuesday 20 June from 6pm. The judges may also determine a runner/s up for this award. Judges decision is final and will be announced on Facebook on Friday 23 June 2023 at 6pm.
What can you use? Your creativity! Decorate your windows with lanterns (if you have them), fairy lights, projections, any props that fit the theme. Be as creative as you want to be … dioramas, lights, fabric, paper, fresh produce … weave a story around the stock in your shop/window.
