Lismore City Council is partnering with Business Lismore for this new campaign, which promotes local businesses and celebrates wonderful mothers and carers across our community. Entering and sharing the competition boosts positive awareness about Lismore, and encourages people to visit and enjoy some of the incredible experiences, goods and food to be found here.

1. The “Prizes” are listed above. These prizes are subject to change (except monetary value) and may not be the same as any images/graphics or descriptions due to factors including but not limited to – Seasonal availability and business availability.
2. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the event organiser in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 or have a parent or guardians permission to enter.
4. Only one entry form per household is permitted.
5. Judges decision is final.
6. A complete entry form must be completed to have a valid entry in this competition.
7. The competition runs from Monday 22 April 2024 to Sunday 5 May 2024, and will be drawn on Monday 6 May 2024.
8. The competition winners will be notified by phone call and arrangements made for prize collection. 
9. All resaonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winners are uncontactable the organisers reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.
10. Prize collection – all reasonable effort will be made to ensure prizes can be collected before Mothers day, however this cannot be guaranteed.
11. The competition winners will also be listed on the organisers websites and/or social media profiles. (If you wish to remain anonymous, please advice the organisers in writing).
12. Substitutions of prizes are at the discretion of businesses involved and may not be substituted with cash. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs incurred.
13. You agree to hold the contest organisers, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature arising in connection with the Materials submitted to the organiser and used in any manner in the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.
14. The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
15. The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time without prior notification to any party.
16. By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest.
